Three ways we support law firms

Legal technology implementation, AI governance, and strategic advisory — each beginning with a structured review.

Choose the area most relevant to your firm, or start with the review that best reflects your current challenge.

Legal Technology Health Check

Part of our Legal Technology practice

A structured review of your systems, workflows, and configuration — with clear recommendations on what to fix first.

UK: £1,500–£2,500
Canada: CAD $2,500–$4,200

AI Readiness Review

Part of our Governance & Compliance practice

Understand your AI usage, identify risks, and assess your compliance position against emerging regulatory expectations.

UK: £1,500–£2,500
Canada: CAD $2,500–$4,200

IT Strategy Review

Part of our Advisory & Fractional Leadership practice

A clear, practical technology plan aligned to your firm — covering systems, vendors, and future direction.

UK: £3,500–£7,500
Canada: CAD $7,000–$15,500

These reviews are the starting point.

From there, we work with firms to implement change, manage risk, and provide ongoing strategic support.

Legal Technology

Legal technology that actually works for your firm — from implementation and training through to workflow design and ongoing support.

Where many client relationships begin, and where the day-to-day gets done.

Most firms begin with a Legal Technology Health Check — a structured review of your systems and workflows

Case Management Systems

The right practice management system changes how your firm works. The wrong implementation of the right system changes nothing.

We implement, configure, and train — and we work with firms at any stage, whether that's a first installation or a system that's been underused for years.

If it's not working as hard as your team is, we can fix that.

Xero and QuickBooks

Good legal software and good accounting software need to work together. Most firms we meet are either running them in parallel with no integration, or using one badly in place of the other.

We train fee earners and practice managers on Xero and QuickBooks, set up the connection to Leap, and make sure your financial reporting reflects what's actually happening in the business. It's a small fix that saves a significant amount of time every month.

Governance and Compliance

Most firms begin with an AI Readiness Review — a structured assessment of current usage, risks, and compliance position.

Regulators on both sides of the Atlantic expect firms to have a clear position on AI. Most don't yet. We help law firms build the governance frameworks, policies, and compliance infrastructure they need — before the regulator asks the question.

AI Governance

AI tools are arriving in law firms faster than the policies to govern them.

We assess your current usage, identify risks, and put the right frameworks in place to use AI confidently and in line with emerging regulatory expectations.

Cyber Security

Law firms are a high-value target. Client data, financial transactions, and confidential communications make legal practices one of the most attacked sectors. We assess your current posture and show you exactly where you’re exposed.

ADVISORY and FRACTIONAL LEADERSHIP

Most firms begin with an IT Strategy Review  — a clear, practical plan aligned to your firm.

Some decisions need more than a consultant.

They need someone who understands your firm, thinks like a leader, and is accountable for the outcome.

We work alongside practice managers and partners as a genuine extension of the team.

Advisory

Strategy, technology decisions, vendor selection, and change management — we work with firms that need clear thinking and honest advice.

Vendor-agnostic, commercially grounded, and focused on what actually moves the business forward.

Fractional Leadership

Senior technology leadership without the full-time cost.

We act as your Fractional Technology Director or Virtual Practice Manager — attending meetings, managing suppliers, and giving your firm the strategic capacity it needs to grow.
